SC Treatment System คือระบบผลิตน้ำประปาสำหรับ ชุมชน หมู่บ้าน อบต. และเทศบาล ออกแบบให้สามารถรองรับผู้ใช้น้ำได้ ไม่น้อยกว่า 200 ครัวเรือน ด้วยเทคโนโลยี Integrated Clarifier & Filter Tank (2IN1) ที่รวมกระบวนการตกตะกอนและการกรองไว้ในระบบเดียว ช่วยประหยัดพื้นที่ ลดความซับซ้อนในการติดตั้ง และสะดวกต่อการดูแลรักษา
กระบวนการเริ่มจากการสูบน้ำดิบเข้าสู่ระบบ เติม สารส้ม PAC เพื่อช่วยในการตกตะกอน และเติม คลอรีน เพื่อฆ่าเชื้อ ก่อนเข้าสู่ถัง SC Treatment สำหรับตกตะกอนและกรองสิ่งสกปรก จากนั้นน้ำที่ผ่านการบำบัดจะถูกจัดเก็บในถังน้ำใส และสูบส่งไปยังหอสูงเพื่อจ่ายเข้าสู่ระบบประปาชุมชน

The SC Treatment System is a complete water treatment solution designed for communities, villages, local government organizations, and municipalities, with the capacity to support at least 200 households.
The system features Integrated Clarifier & Filter Tank (2IN1) technology, combining clarification and filtration within a single treatment unit. This design helps reduce installation space, simplify system operation, and make maintenance more convenient.
The treatment process begins with raw-water pumping, followed by PAC dosing to support sedimentation and chlorine dosing for disinfection. The water then enters the SC Treatment tank, where suspended impurities are removed through clarification and filtration. Treated water is stored in a clean-water tank before being pumped to an elevated water tower for distribution throughout the community.
