บริษัท สุภวัช เอ็นวาย เซ็นเตอร์ ดำเนินงานเปลี่ยนและปรับปรุง หัวกรองน้ำในระบบผลิตน้ำประปา เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของระบบกรองและช่วยให้ระบบสามารถผลิตน้ำสะอาดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่อง
ปัญหาของระบบเดิม
หัวกรองน้ำเดิมผ่านการใช้งานมาเป็นระยะเวลานาน ทำให้เกิดการ อุดตันและประสิทธิภาพในการรับและกระจายน้ำลดลง ส่งผลต่อการไหลของน้ำภายในระบบกรอง รวมถึงประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมของกระบวนการผลิตน้ำประปา
ทีมงานจึงดำเนินการตรวจสอบระบบและเปลี่ยนหัวกรองเดิมเป็น หัวกรองน้ำคุณภาพสูงชุดใหม่ ที่มีความแข็งแรง ทนทาน และสามารถกระจายน้ำได้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
ขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน
เริ่มจากการ จัดเตรียมและขนส่งวัสดุกรองและอุปกรณ์เข้าสู่พื้นที่หน้างาน ก่อนดำเนินการรื้อถอนหัวกรองเดิม ทำความสะอาดและเตรียมพื้นที่สำหรับติดตั้ง
จากนั้นทีมช่างติดตั้งหัวกรองชุดใหม่ตามตำแหน่งที่กำหนด พร้อมตรวจสอบระดับ ความแข็งแรง และความเรียบร้อยของระบบ เพื่อให้หัวกรองแต่ละจุดสามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
หลังการเปลี่ยนหัวกรอง ระบบสามารถ รับและกระจายน้ำผ่านชั้นสารกรองได้ดีขึ้น ช่วยลดปัญหาการอุดตัน ลดการสูญเสียน้ำ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของระบบผลิตน้ำประปา
ผลลัพธ์หลังการปรับปรุง
การเปลี่ยนหัวกรองใหม่ช่วยให้ระบบกรองกลับมาทำงานได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น น้ำที่ผ่านกระบวนการกรองมีความใสและมีคุณภาพดีขึ้น พร้อมช่วยลดภาระด้านการบำรุงรักษาและค่าใช้จ่ายในระยะยาว
หัวกรองที่เลือกใช้ผลิตจากวัสดุคุณภาพสูง มีความแข็งแรง ทนทาน และเหมาะสำหรับระบบ Rapid Sand Filter โดยเฉพาะ ช่วยสนับสนุนการทำงานของระบบผลิตน้ำประปาให้มีความเสถียรและพร้อมใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
โครงการนี้เป็นอีกหนึ่งผลงานของ สุภวัช เอ็นวาย เซ็นเตอร์ ในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบผลิตน้ำประปา ตั้งแต่การตรวจสอบปัญหา จัดหาอุปกรณ์ ไปจนถึงการติดตั้งโดยทีมงานที่มีประสบการณ์ เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพของระบบและสนับสนุนการจัดการน้ำอย่างยั่งยืน
Water Filter Head Replacement Project
In collaboration with Thailand's Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning and Department of Water Resources
Supawat Envi Center carried out the replacement and improvement of filter heads within a public water production system to restore filtration performance and support the reliable production of clean water.
Improving the Existing Filtration System
After extended use, the existing filter heads had become clogged and less effective in collecting and distributing water, affecting water flow through the filtration media and reducing the overall efficiency of the treatment system.
The existing units were therefore replaced with new high-quality filter heads designed for durability, consistent water distribution, and reliable long-term operation.
Installation Process
The project included the transportation of filtration materials and equipment to the site, removal of the existing filter heads, cleaning and preparation of the installation area, and installation of the new units.
Each filter head was carefully positioned and inspected to ensure proper alignment and effective operation throughout the filtration system.
Following the replacement, the system can provide more consistent water flow through the filtration media, helping reduce clogging, minimize water loss, and improve overall filtration efficiency.
Project Results
The upgraded filter heads help restore the performance of the water treatment system, supporting clearer and better-quality treated water while reducing maintenance requirements and long-term operating costs.
The new filter heads are manufactured from durable materials and are suitable for Rapid Sand Filter systems, providing reliable performance for continuous public water production.
